Buhari unveiled this at the 23rd assembly of the University of Abuja yesterday.
Spoken to by the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education, Mr. Sonny Echono, Buhari said his organization would keep on giving financing that would address a portion of the difficulties in the country's open establishments.
